You can change the programming on the IPLC unit with the Data-Mate so that power is supplied 100 per cent of the time no matter what the temperature. However, it will only work on resistive electrical loads. You will not be able to use vacuums or power tools. We recommend you install regular receptacles at a few locations in the parking lot to allow the use of vacuums and power tools.
