Once you complete your savings report you can select your contact preferences. The contract preferences indicate to us if you are interested in being contacted regarding the report. The following options are available to you:
| Contact me by Email: | If you request to be contacted by email one of our staff members will reach out to you at the email address you provided. |
| Contact me by Phone: | If you request to be contacted by phone one of our staff members will reach out to you at the phone number you provided. |
| Do not contact me: | If you opt out of contact, we will not reach out to you. However our system will still automatically email you a copy of your report. |
Lastly, if you do not select any of the above options, you will not be contacted. However, understand that our system will still automatically email you a copy of your report.
